The exceptional year of 2008 render this exceptional “cuvée”.
The “millésime” is issued from the grapes harvested from each respective year.
Appearance: slightly yellow gold supported, clear and bright
Nose: stewed fruit flavors such as quince mix with dried flowers. Some toasty notes are noticeable with cashew nuts and gingerbread.
Palate: it is soft, round, sweet and even dried flowers reminds aromas enhanced with vanilla notes.
Food and Champagne Pairing
As an aperitif but also as a dessert tart apples and pears.
