ALBeRt DE MONTAUbert & FILS - ARMAGNAC 25 YEAR olD

Dark amber brandy with coppery green lights, brilliant and clear.
Perfumed owers predominate, then with aeration, notes of roasted coee emerge,
along with fresh plums and chamomile.
The attack on the mouth is bold, with a light note of violets developing, bringing
nobility and panache to the brandy.
Tannins are not marked, but well-blended. The finish is very fresh and pleasant.

ALBERT DE MONTAUBERT & FILS - COGNAC 25 YEAR OLD

Crus de Grande Champagne.
25 to 30 year old Cognac, aged exclusively in oak barrels, and blended more than
30 months before bottling.
Hennessy type distillation. 40% proof.
Natural reduction with light ltration and ambient temperature.
Denite emergence of rancio, a signicant note of ageing in a brandy, with notes
of old leather and vanilla, and lighter notes of lime, vine flowers and spices.

ALBERT DE MONTAUBERT & FILS - COGNAC 50 YEAr olD

50 year old or more, with the oldest dating for 1922, aged in oak barrels, and
blending more than 48 months before bottling.
Hennessy type distillation. 42% proof.
Natural reduction with light fltration and ambient temperature.
A long powerful aroma, full of rancio, then spicy notes of cinnamon, ginger and vanilla. Delicate woody nuances, cigar-boxes and undergrowth.
The palate detects finesse first of all, and smoothness bestowed by the presence of a group of Grande Champagne brandies, very present in the mouth.
