Appearance: light yellow with green highlights
Nose: very attering, ne and subtle, with a beautiful expression of citrus and
spices like anise
Palate: frank and expressive attack on citrus, floral side also. The finish is light and marked on vivacity. It is a straight and frank wine with lightness.
Oak aged for 3 years, our white Pineau is made from cognac and grape juice
from our oldest Ugni Blanc vines (40 years), Montils (local varietal) and
Colombard. An ideal aperitif, our Pineau Blanc is the perfect match for Foie
Gras, Charentais melon, or a ripe sheep’s cheese.
